If you are looking to buy a home, we will meet with you to discuss your needs and wants and go over how the process of buying a home in North Carolina works. We will show you what is currently available and as we show you homes, continuously reevaluate what you like in a home, and what you don't like of course!
Once we've found the home for you, we will take care of all the negotiations; setting up the inspections, discussing the reports with you, and guiding you every step of the way right up until and then after the closing.
If you are selling your home with us, we will call you every week to let you know how the week has progressed. We will discuss the week's showings and feedback, what else has sold or been put on the market in the neighborhood, and what is needed to bring an Offer to your home. Our comprehensive and up to the minute methods of getting the word out on your home are unsurpassed. We believe in putting our advertising dollars where it is most effective.
Once your home is under contract, we will keep you advised of all the inspection dates & reports, how the negotiations are going, and what papers and information will be needed from you for the closing attorney.
Follow Up
We pride ourselves on the follow up service we give to both our buyers and our sellers. To us, the sale doesn't end at the closing table. We make sure all the last details are done and that you are happy in your new home. Our follow up communication with inspectors, attorneys, fellow agents, etc. is well known. We are constantly on top of the situation, doing our best to insure that everyone is doing his or her job.
Market knowledge
Of course, all the viewing of homes in the world or marketing a home for sale doesn't do any good if we don't know what the local market is doing. Craig and Linda are continuously previewing new listings in the neighborhoods, keeping abreast of changes in current listings, and knowing when homes have sold, for how much and how long they've been on the market. We review the monthly stats of what the Real Estate market is doing in several counties in the Triangle, and compared to nationwide. We will share our research and knowledge with you so that you can get the most home at the best price, or sell your home for the highest price possible.
