Real Estaging's Expertise:
We offer 5 Levels of Service to accommodate every listing scenario....
1. CONSULT / REPORT: A stager visits a Seller's property to instruct & direct on what must be done to best ready the property for market.
2. REARRANGE: A stager visits a Seller's property and uses existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best impact possible.
3. ENHANCE*: A stager visits a Seller's property and stages using Seller's existing furniture, art, accessories, plus we loan additional decorative props and/or furniture that completes that overall appeal.
4. FURNISH*: Complete furnishing, accessorizing and staging of a Seller's (personally owned) vacant "used" property.
5. MODEL*: Planning, designing, furnishing, accessorizing and staging a builder/developer's spec or model property.
FEES: FREE CONSULTS for vacant new construction. STAGING CONSULT SERVICES for occupied homes starting at $125. Hourly staging labor fees starting at $65 per hour. Complete Room rental packages starting at $3.50 per day.
