Carlos received his Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University in 1994.  He received a J.D. from San Francisco Law School in 1999.  Prior to his employment at the Grunsky law firm, Mr. Rivera worked in-house at a commercial property management company where his work involved real estate and business related matters.  Carlos is also a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate.  Mr. Rivera currently handles matters involving commercial and residential leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, purchase and sale agreements and related real estate matters.

Mr. Rivera is admitted to practice before all courts in California, the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Carlos is a member of the San Benito County Bar Association.
