We really know for sure that if it wasn't for you it couldn't have happened. You have worked with me step by step since last summer guiding me on cleaning up our credit reports, paying down our credit cards and finally dramatically increasing our credit scores.

The sellers disclosure sheet said it was a septic system. It was you who looked over the paperwork and insisted on the septic inspection after our realtor said that wasn't necessary, only to find out that it wasn't a septic at all, but was a cesspool, which is no longer allowed in that area.
