I was born and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. I am a graduate of Reidland High school and an alumni of Murray State University with a B.S. degree in Advertising and Occupational Safety and Health. I have been in the workforce for over 12 years. I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Purchase Homes in Paducah.

First of all, I will help you obtain financing and get "pre-approved" to buy property. I will help with the loan process, meaning that I help you find a loan and lender that satisfies your financial needs. I have numerous contacts in the lending industry that are always willing to talk with my clients and find a product that is affordable and beneficial for you.

I will locate properties in your price range, that fit your preferences, and is in the location that suits your business or family needs and wants. Afterwards, I will schedule all appointments to preview houses with you, which will save you the hassle of calling multiple agents. (I can show you any listing in the Catalog of Homes or on the MLS websites.) I will also represent you with For Sale By Owners if need be. I promise to find you accurate answers and resources to questions that you have along the way. I promise to uphold the Realtor Code of Ethics and be fair and honest throughout the process of home buying or investing.

Once the perfect home or investment has been found, I will coach and assist you with negotiating a price and other special provisions. I will help you put together an offer and work with you throughout the counter-offers that a seller may respond with. Once a price is agreed upon, I will continue to work on your behalf.

I will represent you until the sale closes. I will explain what closing on the property means and help you obtain all the neccesary items to get to closing in a timely and organized manner. I will provide you with companies to complete the following taks: home inspections, pest inspections, home warranties, home owner's insurance, and any other needed products. I will be present at the inspections on your behalf if you cannot attend.

I am very serious about wanting to represent you "the buyer" in the home buying or investing process.
