Areas of speciality

Although, I can assist any home buyer, I have two areas of residential specialty that I enjoy focusing on. 

The first time home buyer is a very exciting client to work with.  At this time in our economy, there are many programs available to our first time home buyers.  The new $8,000 tax credit stimulus program is a fabulous tool for first time home buyers.

Waterfront properties is the other residential area that I specialize in.  Northern Michigan is home to some of the most incredible bodies of water in the country.  We have a spectacular inventory of both primary homes and second homes in the Grand Traverse area.  Weather it be river front, lake front or bay front, Northern Michigan has the perfect setting for you.

Purchasing a home can be a very intimadating process.  I am here to take the avoidable stressors out of the home buying process.  From finding the perfect home to unpacking your boxes, I will be there every step of the way.

I have a strong background in commerical development, leasing and sales.  I have worked on retail, office and mixed use projects ranging in size from 150,000 square foot retail centers to a mixed use Spring Training Facility for the Cleveland Indians.
