In my first 10 days of business i was hired to be a property manager for a family who's father had died. My responsibilities included cleaning the house, having everything packed and stored, maintaining the yard, repairing and remodeling the home. I was very excited to be presented a challenge so early and now that house is in prime condition and ready for the next family to enjoy.
I enjoy working with seller's and helping them market, price and stage their home in order to sell their home for the best price in the fastest amount of time.
I have finished my certification for the ABR, earned my E-Pro designation. I am currently working on completing my CRS and have just sent off my completion of coursework for my SFR certification.

are spread across the country from coast to coast. When my parents were living, it was
always such fun to converge on Lawrence from every corner of the nation. But when they
both had passed, we had real anxiety about how about we could responsibly settle their
