We had a terrible problem with staining in our sinks, shower stalls, & laundry.  Even our patio & picket fencing was stained from all the iron in our water.  Another contractor installed a greensand filter that still allowed iron to bleed through & we also had a rotten egg odor.  While it was an involved & elaborate process, the chlorination system you installed for our home & irrigation system has done the job magnificently.  We still can't believe the previous owners lived with such poor water quality all that time.  Stop by for a great tasting cup of coffee anytime!  I'm so happy to be able to say that now.  Thank you!  Carolyn W. We received a credit at closing from the previous owner to have the radon mitigated in our new home.  We were given the contact info for the company the previous owner contacted for a quote.  When we called the company to come out & explain what they were planning on doing to fix the radon, they said there would be a charge. We became suspicious because the credit we were given seemed low compared to what we had been told to expect for fixing a radon problem. Come to find out, the company never came out to the house originally to look at the job, & while it appeared they had a Hartford office from looking at their website, it turns out they just had a local number - but were based in Michigan!

Tom came to our house, discussed install options with us, & together we decided a garage routed system was the best option for our home.  Goes to show you that you get what you pay for.  Thank You for a job well done.  I would recommend CT Basement to anyone with a radon problem.  Victor M.
