As first time homebuyers, we entered the process apprehensively; however, Mr. Cullen's hard work, friendliness, and expertise made the process much less daunting than we had anticipated.
Mr. Cullen was and continues to be a full-service realtor. From day one he was helpful in every step in the home buying process. As out-of-town homebuyers, we really appreciated many of the accommodations provided by Mr. Cullen. He referred us to a mortgage broker with whom we had a very pleasant experience, he was always accessible via phone and email, and worked overtime attending home inspections and getting home improvement estimates to ensure that we could purchase our home simply and expediently even from afar.
Beyond the exceptional service provided by Mr. Cullen, we were also impressed by his integrity. On numerous occasions it was Mr. Cullen who pointed out flaws in a home. We appreciated that rather than steering us towards the most expensive homes, Mr. Cullen helped guide us towards homes that were best suited to our needs. In the end, we found a home that we love in a great neighborhood. Even better, the home was in the middle, rather than the high-end of our desired price range.
