I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), this training gives me the knowledge and community to maintain up-to-date knowledge in a rapidly changing area as banks and the government develop new ways to prevent mortgage foreclosure.  With this certification I have nine solutions in which to help homeowners out from before default or even after the Sheriff Sale but before the end of redemption period. 

I have helped buyers to find homes in Today's market, navigating the purchase of a short sale or bank owned home with positive outcomes in a document intensive process.

In Spring of 2012 I sat for my Certified Negotiaion Expert (CNE) designation in which I learned valuable tools that help me to negotiate transactions to obtain the best possible solutions to problems as we move through a transaction.  Understanding the mechanics of how each person negotiates helps me to see the best approach to use to get the job done.
