About Us:
We didn't just start staging, we have over 20 years of professional experience. We have created beautiful model homes for some of the nation's largest home builders. We understand the real estate and construction markets. We use our experience to bring top quality staging services to Austin and the surrounding areas helping Realtors, builders and home owners sell their homes faster and for more money. Our specialty is vacant home staging and merchandising model homes.
We feel a personal responsibility to stay involved in the process until you have a sale. We check in for feedback, inspect the house every two weeks, and make changes when needed to optimize the best features of your house.
We have a one day staging policy. We don't allow our process to distrupt your house for more than a day. Many home stagers deliver furniture and accessories on day one and stage on day two. What if a potential buyer came in to see that huge mess? With Currant Designs and Home Staging, we are quick and organized. We deliver, unpack, stage and clean up in ONE DAY. We often work well into the night to accomplish this for our clients but we believe the lost sleep and extra effort pays off time and again.

Our specialty is staging vacant homes and merchandising model homes. We also provide services for apartments and property management companies. We have been in the design and real estate markets for over 20 years and we understand what your buyers are looking for.
We understand the unique needs of builders and Realtors. Builders have payment schedules different from individuals. They also have larger insurance requirements and extremely tight time constraints. We understand these challenges and partner with our builders; helping them to increase sales and taking some of the pressure of the sales and marketing offices.
Realtors need to know that their stager is going to represent them in the best fashion to their clients. Our Realtors are confident when we go out to see their clients and consult with them regarding the listing. They know we will be sensitive to the emotional, physical and financial needs of the seller. Selling and moving are extremely stressful and we work hard to maintain a positive, professional and fun selling experience for the seller. We know that the Realtor's reputation is everything and we do all we can to help our Realtors succeed
