About Us:

Thank you for your interest.  Being a Realtor has continued to allow me to bring families from needing a house to researching them a HOME.  I have enjoyed over 18 years in the residential renovation industry, specializing in Custom cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath design and installations.  The years have taken their toll on my bones, yet I still carried my desire to work with people and the industry.  What better way than Real Estate! 

Both my Buyers & Seller benefit from my years of experience and eye for detail.  Sellers can't hide poor work from my buyers, Buyers rely on my opinion and potential future possibilities on making the purchase "thier home".

Having lived in Erin Mills since I was 7.  I have truly seen this wonderful city GROW.  Back then Winston Churchill Blvd was a dirt road, Sq1 was just being built and I used to play under what is now The Burnhamthorpe bridge.  The Mississauga Train Derailment saw us leaving town as the city was forced to evacuate.  Downtown was then hwy 10 & 5.

Knowing a city dramatically help buyers position themselves for what they are looking for in the property they invest in.  Having an agent know the city is even better!

My most favorite area is both Sellers who want to know!  and buyers who are families trying to improve their requirements.  First time buyers and investers are also in my portfolio.  Offerring outstanding service, allowing the client to UNDERSTAND the process and working with each customer on making them my CLIENT.

I consider a customer an individual that purchases your service 1 time.  But a client is an individual who appreciated, respected and has returned for further service.  This is the true test of how well I have performed.
