Bio
Connie Winstead received her California real estate license in 1979 and began working in the industry in the 70's at a large independent escrow company in the Los Angeles area. She has been involved in real estate her entire working career. She knows this business and is excellent in teaching and explaining the many phases, steps and processes involved in a transaction. She is a member of the Pismo Coast Board of Realtors, a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and a California Notary Public. She recently obtained the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert© designation (CDPE). This added to her knowledge of the foreclosure and short sale market. Her goal is to assist all homeowners, where possible, to keep their homes. She also belongs to the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She continually attends trainings, seminars, board of realtor meetings, weekly office meetings and trainings, other classes, conventions and retreats in order to improve her skills and knowledge. She strives to stay abreast of the laws, regulations and technology of this business which is constantly changing in order to bring her clients the very best service that is available.
