I have considerable experience in relocation and forclosure properties. My husband, Emory and I reside in Safford with our daughters, Katy and Ally. Some of our favorite vacations are the ones we don't have to go too far to find. Our family enjoys camping, off-roading and lazy days atop Mt. Graham.

Area Attractions:
I have
been fortunate enough to call Safford my home for almost 30 years. This is a growing community with small town personality. There are numerous adventures all around the valley. At Mt. Graham with an elevation of 10,800 ft., you can set up camp and listen to the wind blow through the tall pines, take a tour of the largest telescope in the world, hike one of many trails and view the abundant wildlife or drop a line into Riggs lake nestled near the peak of this glorious mountian. If you enjoy off-road experiences, you can travel on one of the many back roads in the area. One hot spot is the Hot Well Sand Dunes - start up your quad, sandrail or any 4x4 and follow the maze of trails. At the end of the day you can relax in one of the natural hot tubs the flow continuously at over 100 degrees. You can also adventure to the Gila Box National Riparian site, wildlife flocks to this area in the 1000's with a huge variety of birds either native to the area or making a stop on their migration route. You could also just sit back and watch one of the world's most amazing sunsets here in Safford. The options are endless in this great community. Located only 2 hours from Tucson and 3 ½ hours from Phoenix where one can attend games, concerts and many other activities. These are just a few of the reasons I love to call Safford my home. I think everyone should have the opportunity to live in a community like this.
