Some of our Agents work from their Home Offices , while others are more Traditional and work in the Office.

We have 2 offices-one in Big River, CA (7 miles to Parker, AZ) where we sell properties on the Colorado River, and Vacation or 2nd Homes up River in Earp, Ca.

Our other office is in Banning, CA.  This office serves the Coachella Valley- mainly Whitewater, Desert Hot Springs, Windy Point (N. Palm Springs)  and the Salton Sea.  We have Residential and Land Specialists.

The company was started in order to build a Real Estate Company for the 21st Century; Technology oriented. Even the name CELLing Realty®was chosen as an innovative play on words for today's technology. We use an on-line transaction management program for our Real Estate Deals giving our customers easy 24/7 access to their paperwork.  For Prospective Buyers, you can check out a property at any time, from the convenience of your home.

  Encinitas is synonomous with The Beach... Encinitas is off the 5 Freeway, about half an hour  West from downtown San Diego, and about 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. We used to have a lot of Flower Fields here, but now they have been turned into Housing Developments and Shopping Centers.  But we still have the World Famous Paul Eke Poinsetta Farm, and several smaller Flower Fields.

I  live in Carlsbad, in the Aviara area, but grew up in Encinitas graduating from San Dieguito High School. The High School is gone now, it was transformed into San Dieguito Academy .......but for me, it is the same.

When I was in High School I wanted to be a Doctor. I took classes at Mira Costa College and entered UCR Riverside with a Pre-Med Major. I graduated in 1996, and now I am back at Mira Costa.......a true life circle.  Back where I started from. The BEACH........
