About Us:
One of the most gratifying things about working with buyers and sellers is that we get to see their dreams become a reality. It doesn't matter the size or price range of the home...what matters is helping people. We want to see your dreams come true! As a real estate consultant, my goal is to find out what matters to my clients, because what is important to them is important to me as well. My designation as an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP) is an added benefit to our clients. By utilizing these skills, we are able to present our homes so that they show better than the competition, which gives our listings an edge in today's competitive market.
Areas of Expertise
One of my personal joys as a Realtor is helping first time home buyers purchase their personal dream home. To take them through home buying process step-by-step is very rewarding. I remember my own experience at purchasing my first home. It is a scary process...I just think how much easier it would have been if we had someone knowledgeable working with us throughout the process...someone to answer our questions and calm our fears. My buyers know that if they have any questions or concerns, all they have to do is call or email me and I will be there for them...to listen to them, to answer their questions, and to calm their nerves! Having been through this process many times over the years, I know what problems can arise and can navigate through them. My clients know that they don't need to worry; I'm watching out for them!
Another aspect of real estate that I absolutely love is working with relocation buyers; people that are new to the area. I am a lifelong resident of the Miami Valley and I really enjoy introducing people to our area. One of the things that I do is spend a lot of time talking with our clients to find out what is important to them. I ask a lot of questions and find out about their families, activities, and work. I also ask them to describe for me what their dream home looks like. I use all of this information to help me determine several communities that may fit their needs. When my out of town clients come to Dayton, we roll out the red carpet to welcome them to the area. I will spend as much time with them as they have available in order to fine tune their search. I will take them on a tour of multiple communities so that they can experience them first hand; show them where the grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and recreational opportunities are located. We then spend time going through several houses that are representative of the type of home they will find in each community.
As you can tell, I love what I do and I look forward to working with each person that I meet. I have had the privilege of working with a lot of really great people who start out as clients and quickly become friends. When you work with me, I'm with you for life...you become part of my real estate family!
