In January 2008, I sold a home for $1.2m, listed and sold a home for the low $700,000s, and also worked several first time homebuyers whose price range was in the low $100s.  What's my point?  My point is that I work for MY CLIENTS and my clients come in all shapes and sizes and their real estate needs are diverse.  I can list and sell high end properties.  I can help first time homebuyers get their start in homeownership.  And, as a real estate investor myself, I can help other real estate investors find the right type of investment properties.    My clients are my focus.
