Brent Zelt opened Cypress Mortgage in 2000 with one goal in mind, to provide mortgage financing without all the red tape involved with so many other financial institutions. With over 18 years of lending experience Brent has the knowledge and expertise to handle your transaction quickly and efficiently. By eliminating the red tape Brent is able to provide financing with loan cost and interest rates far below market average.
Brent's philosophy is to assist his clients throughout the loan process. From application to closing you will deal with one person and one person only. That person is the owner, Brent Zelt himself. With most companies, you must deal with a loan officer, loan processor, closing coordinator and others. Brent has found that this causes too many mistakes and causes too many files to slip through the cracks adding additional cost and unnecessary delays.
