LEVEL ONE THERMOGRAPHER - ITC (FLIR) Certified - I am an expert who has a solid understanding of heat transfer laws, thermal dynamics and properties of why objects are hot or not or appear to be hot or not. My infrared camera allows me to identify hidden problem areas much faster and (in most cases) can avoid building owners from using invasive and destructive measures in order to pinpoint problem areas behind finished surfaces of their building.

BUILDING SCIENCE THERMOGRAPHER - ITC (FLIR) Certified - When performing thermal imaging on a building, infrared technology provides me with crucial information about issues that may be hidden behind walls, ceilings, roof surfaces or any other inaccessible finished areas throughout your building. In providing this optional infrared service, I am now fully able to detect, interpret and document hidden faults and anomalies for immediate corrective action. I can even prioritize specific repairs to certain concealed areas of your building if the issue is considered serious.

PAST EXPERIENCE - I have performed over 2,500 Home Inspections throughout the State of Massachusetts and New Hampshire with over 2,500 very satisfied clients. Prior to that I spent 20 years in Massachusetts Project Management and Construction Supervision; this included numerous overseas assignments refurbishing government buildings. I've traveled throughout the world to various Countries supervising foreign laborers in the rebuilding of interior office spaces within many United States Embassies. I have the vast construction knowledge and expertise that my clients appreciate and trust.

HOURS OF OPERATION - I am available Seven days a week, Dawn till Dusk. If there's sufficient daylight for me to complete the exterior inspection, I'll gladly fit you into my schedule.

ALWAYS ON TIME - I'll always arrive at your prospective home 1/2 hour early. I'll complete your exterior inspection and be waiting for you when you arrive. I'll then walk you through the entire property.

ACTUAL TOUR GUIDE - You will literally walk through your prospective home right alongside me. You and I will be there to learn as much as possible about the condition of the property and to jointly engage in the discovery process. This will be the ultimate time for you to get answers to the questions that you may have, concerning the house. Once we finalize the Home Inspection, you will ultimately have a better understanding of the property that you have chosen.

HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT - I refuse to guess on any of my findings. I continue to utilize an infrared camera, advanced high tech natural gas and carbon monoxide leak detectors, temperature sensors, numerous digital meters to include moisture detectors and an array of lasers, in order to confirm any of my findings throughout your prospective home.

SAME DAY REPORT - You will receive your highly detailed comprehensive inspection report immediately following your home inspection (Same day). My reports are highly detailed, very easy to read and categorized for easy understanding.

MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS - During your inspection, I will include energy saving maintenance recommendations that will help to keep your home lasting forever and your mechanicals in top notch condition.

FREE HOMEOWNERS GUIDE - You will receive a comprehensive 64 page manual (written by myself) that contains important facts, tips and safety concerns regarding your new home. I've integrated many useful maintenance tips to help you keep your home and mechanicals in great shape for many years to come. At the rear of this manual you'll find a Life Expectancy list of every component in your home.
