We are your family Real Estate team in Clark County, WA. Tracy and Dale are a mother/son team that brings over 35 years of experience to the Clark County Real Estate market. In addition to Tracy and Dale, our assistant Bridget rounds out our team with her home searching ability.  She'll get your listings to you as soon as they hit the market.  Together we have a very well rounded background to allow us to serve in all your Real Estate needs.

We also have over 40 years of rental property experience.  This experience is not just vocational, it is personal as well.  We actually put into practice what we do for a living.
