About Me:

I am a veteran real estate agent/broker.  I have been in this business for many years and have seen the ups and downs of a market.  I am an expert negotiator and have a great deal of expierence in working out good solutions for my clients so every one feels they win. I have a large base of investors that have worked with me for their invesment properties form single family to multi family.  I help people build wealth with real estate.  I listen to your needs.   

I am the broker owner of the office and have several agents that are well trained and can assist you in specific ares of the real estate business.  We have a team approach to assisting our clients depending on their needs and desires.  I keep up with the latest financing available and partner with several loan officers that can assist you best for your special situation. I also stay on top of special financing programs for our area that can helpyou whether you are a first ime buyer or a seasoned investor that has bought and sold several properties.

I am the broker owner of a rela estate brokerage for a long time.  I have consistently sold over 100 properties per year. I have specialized in the REO and investment properties for most of that time.  I am familiar with the needs of investors looking for rentals and their needs as well as the investor that is looking for a property to rehab and resell.  I keep up with all of the financing programs available and am regarded as somewhat of an expert in the first time buyer market.  I teach other real estate professional about the programs that are available in Texas for assistance provided locally and by the government to help achieve the american dream of home ownership.
