Testimonials

I wanted to call your attention to someone special in your office. I have been working with Sheila Wilson. She truly is outstanding.
I have bought and sold twenty two properties myself, helped my children buy and sell houses and have had extensive contact with realtors during my professional career. I have had occasion to know and work with at least a hundred and probably closer to two hundred realtors. These easily represented a cross section of the profession - the good, the average, the bad. Before I met Sheila, I had known only two that I considered outstanding. Sheila makes three.
Sheila is truly what one looks for when selecting a Realtor to represent them. She is a hard worker. She is objective. She is honest and trustworthy. Her word is her bond. She is always available. She spent a lot of time helping me look for property. Once we found a property, she diligently provided all the information and quickly obtained answers to all my questions. As we entered the bidding and negotiation process, her advice and council were excellent. She was a great help in developing strategy as my representative in the negotiations. I felt I could confide in her and she would try to get to where I wanted even if it meant a potential loss of a sale. She places her professionalism above personal gains. She defmitely is looking at the long run.
Once the property entered escrow, she followed it like a hawk. She made sure everything moved as scheduled - the financing, appraisal, inspections and sign-offs. The road got bumpy at times but she was there to smooth it out. She can detect most problems coming. I don't think there was a day she did not check on the status. She represented me as a buyer's agent. While working with her I noticed that she does an equal job when representing a seller. There are very few like her in the industry.
I believe you are lucky to have a person like Sheila in your organization. I strongly recommend her to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor.
Sincerly,
Arthur M Alexander
