About Dalia

A Midwest native, I've been a resident of South Florida for nearly 30 years.  My years here have enabled me to know the region extremely well, from the beaches, to the malls, employment centers, schools & subdivisions.  My academic & previous work experience is in business.   From my Midwest upbringing & parents, I possess a strong work ethic which serves me well in the competitive & fascinating field of real estate.  I strive to know & learn as much as possible about the local market, trends, etc. to help my customers successfully navigate their sale or purchase of residential realty. Satisfied customers are what it's all about.

 I specialize in Broward county. specifically the Southwest & Central parts of the county.  This includes the cities of Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Weston, Sunrise, Plantation, Tamarac, Davie & Coral Springs.  

I'm a member of the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors (NAR); all of my listings are "Enhanced" on Realtor.com for greater visibility.  I prepare a virtual tour of all of my listings, which are uploaded immediately to Realtor.com.  My listings also appear on my company's website (Keyes.com), trulia.com, homeseekers.com, ziprealty.com, zillow.com & many others. 

I am hispanic & so I understand the hispanic culture.  As the region has become home to many more Spanish speakers, I find that I speak Spanish in the workplace about 50% or more of the time!  Knowing both English & Spanish fluently is a huge advantage in this market. 

My customers have learned that I go the extra mile to get the deal to closing.  Sometimes that means doing things that aren't necessarily realty business but that greatly aids the seller or buyer. So, over the years, I've helped clean out garages, assisted at garage sales, been at the house for the inspectors & appraisers, attended the homeowners' association meeting, watered the plants, picked up mail, etc. for my customers.  It's extremely important to me that the customer gets value & peace of mind during this (often) stressful time.
