First, there is the beagle. He really is cute, isn't he? Clearly not the most important reason, but Tobey enjoys publicity.

Second, I'm a full-time real-estate professional, not someone who went to real estate school on a lark and is trying to fit working with buyers and sellers into my regular work schedule. I am one of the approximately 5 percent of Realtors who have received their ePro certification as technology experts, and I have immersed myself into the minutia of real estate. And not just the latest in sales techniques, but the topics which will aid clients most - the AAR contract, agency, market analysis and such. Third and most importantly, I'm dedicated to helping my clients reach their real-estate goals whether buying and selling and will do everything possible to simplify the process for them. For buyers, I offer everything from automated searches to previewing homes to negotiating the best price on a purchase.
