What sets me apart from the growing crowd of real estate agents in the Valley?

First, there is the beagle. Tobey really is cute, isn't he? Clearly not the most important reason, but Tobey enjoys publicity.

Second, my business is all about you, the buyer or seller. The majority of my business comes by referral, which allows me to focus the majority of my efforts on my clients without having to spend my day like a gerbil on a wheel scrambling to find new business each and every day. And that allows me a greater client focus than most agents whose world revolves around prospecting. (And this also means that I'm never too busy for your referrals.)

And lastly, I've just passed the seven-year mark in this business which means I've seen the boom, I've seen the bust and I've seen the burgeoning signs of recovery. This is not just my full-time occupation but also my vocation and my passion.

What I do ...

More than a third of my business comes from Canadian buyers looking for winter homes. Nearly half of my business is in the area's retirement communities such as Westbrook Village, Ventana Lakes, the Sun Cities, Arizona Traditions, Sun Village and Corte Bella.

In general, Tobey and I specialize in residential real estate in the following communities: Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Phoenix, Avondale, Anthem, Goodyear, Litchfield Park and points in between.

Tobey also specializes in sleeping 21 hours a day, begging for food, ordering mocha shakes from Arby's and ice cream cones from McDonalds and whimpering until he's put on the bed to go to sleep.
