About Me:

Dan Blevins has been a Realtor in Port Angeles and Sequim since 2003, joining Carroll Realty in May of 2007.  A thirty-year resident of Port Angeles, Dan has worked as a longshoreman, owned a small business, and worked in the lumber industry for 11 years.

Dan and his wife, Susan, a third-generation resident of Port Angeles, have six grown children.  Most important to Dan are faith, family, and friends.  His hobbies include fly-fishing.  Also, with very little provocation, he will attempt to slowly and painfully strum three chords on his five-string banjo for the enjoyment of anyone unfortunate enough to be within earshot.

With his extensive knowledge of Clallam County, in addition to his familiarity with the lumber industry and the construction business, Dan brings unique insight to the real estate market on the Olympic Peninsula.

Areas of Expertise

Although Dan does require a few hours of sleep a night, he is available to assist his clients almost 24 hours a day.  Every question or concern a client may have is important to Dan.  He understands that many folks buy or sell real estate only a few times during their lifetime, and the process can seem daunting.
