About Us:
I retired from professional boxing in 2002. Not knowing which direction to take as far as a new career goes, I was approached by some friends in the mortgage business to go work for Countrywide as a loan officer. It turned out to be a match made in heaven. With the contacts I have made in boxing, it was a natural choice for me. These contacts gave me many referrals which in turn gave me a great start in the business. I absolutely enjoy the challenge of putting together difficult deals. From the borrower with little money, to investors looking to package up a condo conversion, I have been successful in becoming one of the top 25 loan officers nationally with Countrywide, and #1 in my branch. It is due to my customers, brokers, attorneys, CPA's and the like that have made me so successful. They are the reason I am here today. My specialty is condo conversions, from the start to finish when the property is finally converted to condos. In addition, I deal with many large investors with multiple properties, whether it be to refinance them or assist them with a purchase of an investment property. Besides the investor twist, I also specialize in 100% financing, first time home buyers, multifamily owner or investor purchases. I can structure deals that most lenders cannot do, and have earned the respect of many of my clients. Saving a deal that another lender can't do, is my forte.
