About Me:
I am an Associate Broker and Maine Lodging Specialist with The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty. I specialize in selling Inns and Bed and Breakfasts statewide. My husband and I moved here several years ago from the Washington, DC area to enjoy the Maine way of life as innkeepers ourselves (we purchased and ran the Kingsleigh Inn for 5 years) and increased the business by 80% in that time with a complete rehab of the inn's web marketing. My innkeeping success and many other loves have led me to inn brokerage to share my expertise and experience in operating and enjoying today’s successful inn. Maine offers such an abundance of natural beauty for nature lovers, photographers and anyone who appreciates and respects unspoiled nature. I believe that quality photography is key and hope that my passion for marketing, graphic design, innkeeping and all things Maine is evident in my listings and Maine photos. Along with marketing, Social Media and visual marketing using quality photography of inns and B&B's in Maine, I focus on some of the more emotional common elements which draw us to innkeeping - food, wine, travel, art and entertaining. I use social media networking in addition to professional networking to maximize exposure of my listings.
