I have the professional expertise that makes me the ideal agent to take newly arrived international buyers by the hand and walk them through the complexities of home buying. My State Department-certified French interpreting skills allow me to function at the highest level in transactions with the francophone client. Solving the special needs of the international client has helped to make me a "problem solver" for all my clients.
I am equally well-versed in working with first-time home-buyers, who benefit for the extraordinary customer care that is my hallmark. And I have the proven marketing and sales skills to master the changing market when it comes time to sell your home.
I have assisted Foreign Embassies in making property purchases and have developed special lender relationships that allow me to cater to the unique needs of the diplomatic and foreign community. Diplomats with A1 or A2 visas -- call me for more information on the special lender program that may allow you to obtain a mortgage in order to purchase your residence in America.
Always seeking new ways to improve the services offered to my clients, I regularly participate in continuing education classes, above and beyond what is needed to maintain my licenses in 3 jurisdictions. The latest series completed is the National Association of Realtors' GRI, a designation held by only 19% of Realtors® nationwide.
