I've been working in the Oakland County Real Estate scene for over 15 years and enjoying every moment of it. About six years I opened Royal Oak's first downtown Real Estate office and am proud to say we have stayed in that locations and remained the same privately owned buisness. For the past four years my husband and I have been looking for a larger home for our growing family.  We recently purchased a home through Skyward Group.  This experience with buying our fourth home was less than normal.  We found a bank owned property which was unlike any buying experience we have had in the past.  We were overwhelmed, to say the least, with the differences in buying a home in the past.  However, Dan Dubensky and Kortney Glassford put our worries at ease.  Their professionalism and knowledge of bank owned properties helped us to negotiate and ultimately get the dream home and dream deal we have been looking for.  Dan had a very relaxed but confident way to negotiate through all the bank owned legalities.  He put our concerns at bay as he negotiated on our behalf and kept us up to date with any changing progress.  The whole process went very smoothly considering we were dealing with multiple parties.  Kortney kept in contact with the ever changing news through email and phone calls.  The goal of Skyward was to get us our dream home but only at our terms.  I would recommend this group to all my friends and family because of the effort and professionalism Dan and Kortney provided for my family.
