Your first meeting with 2 Hounds Design + Home Staging will be a consultation with lead design consultant, Dane Caldwell. From ceiling, walls, medicine cabinets and closets to how your property looks from the street and patio, Dane will inspect with her trained design eye and current real estate market knowledge. After an initial walk through, Dane will go through each room with you, giving detailed instructions on how to best prepare it.

Dane will prioritize, creating an action plan, which can be implemented by 2 Hounds Design + Home Staging, yourself or any combination you select. If you require work by trades people, painters, cleaners or packers, recommendations can be provided or we can manage the whole process saving you stress and time.
