Danielle Carlson is the past President of the California Council of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI-USA. She brings to the table 30 years of experience in business management, finance and real estate sales, building an impressive resume along the way.
She began her career in the hospitality industry where she managed a 325 unit hotel in the Disneyland Resort area of Anaheim, California. She transitioned into the mortgage industry where she managed branch offices for banking institutions such as Barclay's Bank, Avco Financial Services and Commercial Credit Corporation. As Vice President of First American Mortgage Company she enhanced her knowledge and experience in the areas of foreclosures, trustee sales, REO's and their subsequent sales. In 1997, she opened her own boutique brokerage company to facilitate real estate sales, mortgages and escrows in both the US and Mexico.
With strong beliefs in family values and community support, Danielle gives much of herself back to the community, contributing to organizations such as The American Oceans Campaign, The Christopher Reeves Foundation and The Creative Coalition which promotes the fine arts for children and young adults. She particularly enjoys sharing the information that she has learned over the years with fellow practitioners.
Danielle has been a writer, mentor, team player, teacher and lecturer. At one time she was ranked number 7 in the US in the sport of Archery earning her a spot on the 1995 US Olympic Festival Team. She has a competitive spirit and is known for always hitting the mark. Her greatest assets are her open mind, problem solving abilities and strong negotiating skills and her greatest gifts are her husband of 26 years and her two children.

Experience
On the International level, Danielle has been a pioneer in the globalization of the real estate industry. Her cutting edge business model, together with her team of World Star professionals, provides the most innovative marketing, sales and financing plans with measurable results to both large and small developers.
As an independent contractor, she held the position of Vice President of Real Estate for BLC Enterprises where she structured and implemented an international loan program for prospective US purchasers in Mexico for Paradise Development Group's full ownership and fractional properties, located within the Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa complex in Nuevo Vallarta. Her processing and underwriting skills have kept the loan portfolio performing at an impressive rate, with no delinquencies during her 11year association with the Company. For 3 years she held the position of Executive Director for Paradise Vacation Club where she facilitated projects for an ownership base of more than 15,000 members relating to the sale of time-share, fractional and full ownership properties. She was the Vice President of Operations for Resort Condominium Resources, which managed the sales, marketing and servicing for Villa Pacifico and Embarcadero Pacifico, in the marina district of Puerto Vallarta.
