Dan became a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a member of the Ricker Realty family, in 2005 in order to pursue his passions for Real Estate and Community service. But don't let the short tenure scare you- Dan brings over 10 years of experience in the local residential Real Estate market having built a successful Real Estate investment group with holdings throughout Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.

Prior to being a real estate professional Dan was a partner at Custom Cables Inc., a local contract manufacturing company. Dan served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 1998-2005 and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to his role as Vice President of Sales, Dan held various positions in sales and engineering. Dan graduated from the University of Maryland in 2001 with a degree in Economics.

Dan was born in Silver Spring and has lived in the Washington DC area for 30 years. Dan currently resides in the Cameron Hill community of Downtown Silver Spring with his wife and best friend, Stephany. Dan serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Cameron Hill Homeowners Association and is an active member in the local community.

Having lived in downtown Silver Spring for years, I have developed an intimate knowledge of the area as well as the pulse of the comminuty. I sit on the board of directors for the Cameron Hill community and am regularly involved in new downtown initiatives and projects.
