My background and training
I've been interested in Real Estate since highschool. After graduating from RIT with a Bachelors degree is business Management I began buying apartment homes. Currently I have 10 years experience with rental property. Over the years I also have spent time working with septic systems, furnaces, and construction, I don't know enough to be dangerous however I can point you in the direction of people who do quality work at a good price. My Interest continued to grow and in January of 2007 I became a full time licensed Realtor. I was the top sales person in the office my first year. I then decided to further my education and got my Brokers License. I continue to be the top sales person in my office. I have created a niche for myself with first time home buyers and investment property but work with all ranges of property including Land, lake, farm, single family and investment. I look to continue to grow my business and sell more property each year. In early 2009 I was named an "Executive Club" member for my 2008 year in real estate. This award is given for recognition of outstanding performance and professionalism by ReMax of New York. I love real estate and look forward to helping my many and future clients.
What I'm good at
I'm very experienced in investment property. I have a deep understanding of what it takes to make aparment houses work since I've been involved in the business for 10 years now. I am also very successfull with first time home buyers. I know all the ins and outs associated with purchasing your first home and I'm a great help to buys in the process. I'm also finding a home selling on keuka lake.
