My name is Darbi Comparetto and I grew up in Anoka County. I began my real estate career 7 years ago at Remax associates plus in Coon Rapids, MN. I joined the Keller Williams Classic Realty family in May 2008 and absolutely love it here. I have included new home design, staging and interior design as additional services for my clients. Darbi is an outstanding realtor. We were so blessed to have her sell our existing home as well as help us buy our new construction from Heartwood Imperial Homes.
Communication is so important in buying and selling your home. Darbi is awesome, if she was unavailable to talk to us when I called her, she returned my call promptly. If I had a question for the builder or sub-contractor, she would call them and get my question answered immediately. She is even fluent in American Sign Language.
Darbi has a real gift for home design. None of the models we looked at, totally fit our family´s needs. But Darbi sat down with our entire family to custom design our home to be sure it fit all of our needs. (We are a foster family and my Husband is hearing impaired) She knew what our budget was and helped us build the house we wanted and still stay in our price range. She made sure that our house had all the safety features we needed for foster care and the Adaptive devices we needed for my husband. And she worked well with all of us. She treated all of our kids with respect. (3 teenagers and a toddler) She made sure all their needs were meet also. She was very respectful and sensitive to all our challenges. Darbi never said, "We can´t do that."
Darbi takes her job very seriously, and she will make sure your buying experience is a comfortable one. Darbi is very fair, and during the "final Walk-thru" she found things that we didn´t even notice. Her "can do" attitude is like no other in her field.
