About Darin Persinger of [ProductivityJunkies]

First and most importantly, I am an uncle. So you probably will see me around 1:00 every day sending a text message to my nieces asking how school went. (It will be 3:00 back in Wisconsin).

I was licensed in real estate in 1997. I have sales, management, leadership and training experience. I was a top producer for Century 21 Affiliated, developed a team and then was asked to become a sales manager. I eventually became the Divisional Sales Manager operating 4 offices.  I than became the Team Leader of Keller Williams Madison Crossroads in April of 2006.

I recently operated as the Business Coach/Trainer for 250+ agents in Keller Williams Everett  and Keller Williams Marysille in the greater Seattle area.

I work as the President of Business Development Training for the Wisconsin Listing Network.

I am the Founder of The Real Estate Campus (TREC), a community site for learning based agents. TREC provides ideas, strategies and tactics for its members to have the edge and advantage in any type of real estate market.

I am the Founder of Real Estate Growth Solutions (REGS), a consulting company for Real Estate Brokers. REGS helps Brokers grow their company and profit through recruiting growth, production increase and expense control.

In my time as a Realtor I served as the SouthWest Wisconsin Board of Realtors President Elect and in 2006 my local board used me as PR with this story, RASCW Member Darin Persinger in Heroic Rescue. This story was also in a KW Outfront.

Before any of that, I tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder. I also enjoy snowboarding and playing guitar. I play guitar fairly well and sing really bad. That doesn’t stop me from singing though. Loudly. For some reason I think if I sing louder, I sound better.

I have a French Bulldog, named Pearl and she is the coolest thing in world. We love going for walks in the Puget Sound area.

Darin,
I want to Thank You from the bottom of my heart for everything you are doing for me.I started out doing it, but was having a hard time filling out was I having fun and what was important for me that day and discovered a pattern and realized I have personal issues that is holding me back from making the 6 figures I am use too.
I am single and have lived by myself for over 6 years, therefore I have no one to bounce feelings off on and share the good and not so good times with and have gotten into a hermit rut.
Your coaching is giving me what I need.  I am now getting into a structured day again, started working out and getting out socializing.  Now that I analyze it, I feel that I was feeling worthless because I was not producing like everyone expected of me.  (Maybe I was some how deep down rebelling, which the only person it is effecting, through discovery is me.)
