I focus on residential real estate rather than commercial - really enjoy working with older folks, seem to relate to them, love spending time and learning from them. Really enjoy new construction, maybe because of my construction background - a lot of fun being involved in the decisions about a new home - bright, shiny, new, warranties, builders love you! Enjoy helping folks get their houses sold - helping them through the process, so they can move on with their lives - being able to tell them the pure, unvarnished truth about things they need to hear. Love to negotiate on their behalf - I call it playing with their money!
