About Dave:

I moved to the area in 1975 and have remained here for a majority of the time.  I left to spend over 8 years in the U.S. Air Force and got back into the area in 1992.  I got my real estate license in 1996 and my Brokers license in 1998. My career has been ever expanding and challenging, I wouldnt have it any other way.  I have branched out even further to use my 10 years of experience to assist my clientele in the commercial market also. I am still providing residential assistance and development marketing and counseling.  It would be a pleasure to assist you.

Beyond the world of real estate I enjoy taking my son fishing and boating.  We also made it to several Florida Gator games this year, he is a football fanatic, not sure where he could have gotten that. 

I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of Okaloosa County serving on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Directors. The challenge of Habitat is one of the most fullfilling things I have ever done.

All forms of residential realestate. Having grown up on the water I am very familiar with the intricacies of water front real estate. II have also assisted the seasoned investor and the first time buyer.  Patience, knowledge and understanding are all keys to a smooth successful transaction.

I have also assisted in the design and marketing of subdivisions. Providing sales techniques and pricing to maximize the project.

The commercial world is a favorite because of its never ending challenges.

My business parameters are not tied just to Destin, I am familiar with most all of Okaloosa and Waltons counties. Those cities include; Ft Walton Beach, Niceville, Navarre, Freeport, DeFuniak Springs, The Beaches of South Walton, Crestview, Baker, and many other small communities in the area.
