I am a real estate broker in the Kailua Kona area. I really enjoy working with land sales of all types...farms, developments, lots, etc. I teach the Kona Board continuing ed class on contracts.

About Us:

I live on a 20 acre farm up above Kailua Kona in the small village of Holualoa. We have 4 kids and two grandkids, two cats, one dog, many chickens, some horses, a couple of cows and lots of wild turkeys. My wife, Shelly is Hawaii's best watercolor artist. We haver both lived about 30 years in Hawaii. Shelly and her gallery director Sarah operate Hawaii's best art gallery in the quaint little village of Holualoa. I work with two partners at Koa Realty, Inc. I've been in the real estate business here since 1985. I am very conservative when it comes to advising clients on real estate matters. My nick name arounfd the office and among my peers can be summed up as "doom & gloom". I don't mind. I never want ANY of my clients to lose their hard earned money. -g-
