Below is a biographical summary and business resume:

I have 38 years of management and leadership experience in the cable television and telecommunications industries, and have held executive positions at the division level of large cable television MSOs (Multi-System Operators), and senior manager positions with various cable and telecommunications companies. I am also a retired U. S. Army Signal Corps officer and a decorated Vietnam veteran, having served on active duty in both Europe and Southeast Asia. Upon leaving active military service, I helped launch a startup master antenna television (MATV) company in Georgia, an experience which led to my cable television career in system management and a specialty in public and government affairs.  

I attended the University of Missouri before entering military service. In addition, I attended several military schools, including the Army's Command and General Staff College. My wife Marcia and I live in Divide, Colorado. I have two grown children, a stepson and four grandsons.

My Areas of Expertise are Land and Mountain Homes.

I am a full service residential real estate broker with specialties in vacant land and residential mountain homes and properties. While I have no preference about being either a buyer's or seller's agent, I tend to attract buyers more often, since my communications and personal contacts tend to be with out-of-state residents and visitors.
