I would like to introduce myself!
I am Dave Shockley with Real Estate III in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I would love to show you the city of Charlottesville, Virginia and the surrounding counties. As your Buyers Agent I will work for to find the home you have always dreamed of. Dave had been a computer program consultant in the state of Virginia for over 18 years. He obtained his Bachelors Degree at
Temple University in Tennessee.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. ( EVERY YEAR). He has also won The ETHICS AWARD in 2005 at Real Estate III, and also received the 2008 Ethics in Action Award from the Charlottesville Area association of Realtors.
Dave has earned his BROKER license and is a topproducer every year. He currently is the supervising broker of the Real Estate III- West office, which has over 55 agents.
In keeping with the current climate Dave was amongst the 1st Realtors to obtain the E-PRO (Internet Professionally Certified
Realtor) and RECS (Member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society). We both have been certified as Relocation Specialists.
With new construction and new developments as one of my top interests I am a member of the recently formed REAL ESTATE III NEW HOMES DIVISION . This new division provides information to the public regarding builders and new construction in general, and then information to the builders as to what the public want in new homes etc. This makes the process of home building less stressful to both the builder and the public.
I have also taken a nationally recognized course, and been certified, in New Construction, (CERTIFIED NEW HOMES PECIALIST or CNHS). Go on, ask me anything about framing!!!
