About Me:

I am an Arizona native with 12 years of Real Estate sales experience.  Prior to selling real estate I worked in the lending field as a mortgage loan processor, mortgage underwriter and mortgage loan officer.  My previous lending experience has been very beneficial in my Real Estate career.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential real estate in the Phoenix and surrounding areas.  New homes, Re-sales, residential land and 1-4 unit properties.  

I have a Full Circle Short Sale Program that guides sellers through the short sale process, locates new housing for them, repairs and re-establishes credit and prepares them to be homeowners again.

I represent both sellers and buyers.  I have a proven marketing program for sellers that gets results.  I have a program for buyers that will allow them to login to a private website and search for properties that meet their specific criteria.  They will get prices, photos, addresses, descriptions and more all through this one site. 

I love helping my clients purchase their first home.  This is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.  I provide coaching and counseling as well as your typical real estate duties so that my first time homebuyer clients are well educated and comfortable about the home buying experience.

I also show real estate investors how to separate their personal wallet from their business wallet in order to build more wealth through the purchase of real estate.
