My experience David and Choice Realty Co. was an amazing learning experience. I consider David a mentor. Even before I signed with Choice, he laid out a plan of action completete with comparable sales and dead on accurate pricing.

I was a first time Seller and believe in supporting local businesses in my community. Choice Realty provided excellent up-to-date marketing, both local and beyond, by using today's electronic technology to present to prospective buyers a wealth of information as well as helpful tips on how to buy and sell a home, including a private "Settlement Room" (complete with password) which tracked every communication, showing, and all pertinent information relating to the sale of my property which enabled me to participate on every level.

The staff at Choice is top notch and always available to expedite transactions or simply to answer an anxious buyer's or seller's questions, especially the secretarial staff. I was personally introduced to all agents which gave me confidence that all leads would be followed.What impressed me the most with David Fialk is his experience, counsel, advice and service and he stood beside me through EVERY step with honesty and integrity in a very difficult unsettled real estate market.
