I actually worked in real estate and property management many years ago, and I must say that I have been very impressed with David's professional, courteous, attention to detail and willingness to do whatever he can on behalf of his client. I am a single mother and work 2 jobs and have a very crazy schedule but David was able and willing to work around my schedule and meet with me when it was convenient for me, whether it was at one of my places of employment or my residence.
I was referred to David by a co-worker of mine. I could tell by my initial correspondence with David over the phone and via e-mail that he had the ability to do a good job for me.
David provided me with a lot of information about my property, values of comparable properties so I could make an informed decision about the listing price of my town home in Federal Way, as I had watched other properties in my townhouse community sit on the market for a long time without selling and was concerned about having my home listed for a long time before it sold, as I was anxious to sell once I decided to place my home on the market. David and I discussed a price that would be best to meet my needs as well as getting good offers on my home and my home was listed on May 1, 2007 and I had a solid offer by the end of the week, and the new owner took possession of my home by the first week of June. My husband and I recently used David Edwards as our real estate agent, both to sell our home and buy a new one closer to my husbands work. When I first met David who was taking a look at our home for a potential client of his (we had it for sale by owner) I was immediatley impressed with his personality, very warm and personable.
