David Krushinsky - Credited with helping more than 800 families finance their home to date, Mortgage Consultant David Krushinsky of Scottsdale-based State Mortgage is passionate about his profession.  Guided by a personal mission to teach, inspire and lead his clients, he takes an all-encompassing approach to the loan process and devises a financing strategy to work with each client's short- and long-term financial goals.

While attending college in the 90's, Krushinsky worked in the construction industry.  Once building homes for buyers of varied financial backgrounds, he now walks clients through the arduous mortgage loan process and helps fulfill dreams of homeownership.

Krushinsky joined State Mortgage in 2002 and has steadily earned recognition for his stellar work performance including two awards for Employee of the Month.  Additionally, he has been recognized for successfully closing the most loans in a month on numerous occasions, and has been ranked in the company's internal top ten performance list since joining the firm.  With more than $100 million in mortgages under management, Krushinsky ended 2006 as State Mortgage's number one loan officer.  David also recently obtained the highly sought after designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.  The CMPS designation is held by less than 1% of the country's mortgage professionals.

The same deep-rooted interest in financial markets that led to Krushinsky's career as a loan officer also led him seek out additional knowledge and training to share with his clients.  Along with his colleague Jim Barnett, Krushinsky lectures on the subject of mortgage planning and payment options to suit an array of financial needs and ultimately teach others to build wealth through home equity.

From September 2005 through June 2006, the duo maintained a weekly talk radio    program on KFNX - 1100 AM during which they offered loan advice and discussed Arizona's ever-changing mortgage industry.  Beginning in October 2006, the two kicked off a seminar series focused on teaching homeowners how to build wealth through equity.

An Arizona native, Krushinsky resides in Glendale with his wife, Kristen, and 9-year-old daughter, Kelli.

He also teaches and inspires new strategies on how to become an affluent homeowner by managing your mortgage as a financial tool to open up possibilities of wealth creation.
