David Krushinsky - Helping families purchase or refinance their home in Arizona, Mortgage Consultant David Krushinsky is passionate about his profession.  Guided by a personal mission to teach, inspire and lead his clients, he takes an all-encompassing approach to the loan process and devises a financing strategy to work with each client's short- and long-term financial goals.

While attending college in the 90's, Krushinsky worked in the construction industry.  Once building homes for buyers of varied financial backgrounds, he now walks clients through the arduous mortgage loan process and helps fulfill dreams of homeownership.

Krushinsky joined the mortgage industry in 2002 and has steadily earned recognition for his stellar work performance including two awards for Employee of the Month.  Additionally, he has been recognized for successfully closing the most loans in a month on numerous occasions, and has been ranked in his company's internal top ten performance list since joining the firm.  With more than $100 million in mortgages under management, Krushinsky ended 2006 as his company's number one loan officer. 

The same deep-rooted interest in financial markets that led to Krushinsky's career as a mortgage professional also led him seek out additional knowledge and training to share with his clients.  Krushinsky lectures on the subject of mortgage planning and payment options to suit an array of financial needs and ultimately teach others to build wealth through home equity.

From September 2005 through June 2006, he maintained a weekly talk radio program on KFNX - 1100 AM during which he offered loan advice and discussed Arizona's ever-changing mortgage industry.  David is also an instructor for the Phoenix real estate community and teaches classes which are Accredited Continuing Education designed to educate local Realtors. These classes count toward continuing education credits required for Real Estate Professionals to renew their real estate license.

Krushinsky is also a frequent contributor to many national blogs that educate consumers on loan programs with other national mortgage experts; such as myfhamortgage, wannanetwork, and lenderama.  David has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, American Mortgage Banker and Bloomberg for his insight on many of the financial products available to today's home buyer. 

David is also an expert at working with specialty products such as the FHA 203k loan, the Fannie Mae HomePath mortgage and the Arizona USDA home loan.  David lectures on many topics including Down Payment assistance programs, first time home buyer loans, and energy efficient mortgages (EEM's).
