About Us:
My name is David Monsour, I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Keystone Realty in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Gettysburg is a fantastic place to work and features a diverse housing selection. We have historic properties with loads of charater, some even have history embedded in their walls. We also have new and modern homes in beautiful rural developments. There are age specific developments with a primary focus on singe story living. The rich history of Gettysburg and associated tourist industry has made Gettysburg the home to many fantastic shops and restaurants. There are shops that display local artistic talent, relic shops, and plenty of antiques stores with beautiful pieces with history as rich as Gettysburg itself.
I Graduated from Gettysburg College in 2005. I finshed with a major in Physics and minor in mathematics before realizing the real estate was my true calling. Most people have a hard time wrapping their head around what would make me choose real estate over a scientific career, but to me it was a no brainer.
While at Gettysburg College I was a member of the Bullet's soccer team. We were ranked as high as #3 in the country in 2003. Unfortunately our #3 ranking didn't result in a national championship. I wouldn't trade my time as a Bullet for anything. Playing a collegiate sport was extremely gratifying. I still play soccer today and coach a few local teams when I'm able.
When I'm not playing soccer I enjoy outdoor extreme sports. Nothing is more fun than a natural adrenaline rush whether it be riding or skiing down something that you probably shouldn't be.
I am also a National Association of Realtors GREEN Realtor. The global focus on GREEN has required Realtors to be aware of the available
GREEN options. GREEN building focuses on local environmentally materials, energy conservation, generation of electricity via wind and photovoltaic (solar) sources, geothermal, daylighting, and more. As a realtor my job is to make you aware of GREEN techologies that you can use to lower energy costs and help our environment.

Gettysburg, like most small towns, requires a diverse skill set when it comes to real estate. Success hinges on the ability to deal with any and all real estate transactions. I am comfortable with anything and will attack any new frontier with great intensity. That being said I am comfortable working with both buyers and sellers. I have experience in commercial and residential real estate and also enjoy the investing aspects of the industry.
