Sandy grew up in the Greer area of Spartanburg/Greenville County and currently lives in the Twin Lakes Subdivision. She has been a REALTOR for the past 14 years. She received a Bachelor's degree in education and taught early childhood education. Sandy has completed the following real estate designations: South Carolina Broker's License, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Accredited Seller Representative (ASR).
David grew up in the Chesnee area of Spartanburg County and currently lives in the Woodland Heights Subdivision. He received a Bachelor's degree in Plant Science and has been a teacher and administrator in the public schools of Spartanburg County for the past 26 years. He has been a REALTOR for the past year. David is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina and has completed the following real estate designation; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you. The way that you dealt with us and the way you handled the issues that arose with the seller's realtor should define "REALTOR". We have bought four houses in the past 9 years and have never before had such a pleasurable experience. Even when I worked with realtors for potential hires and new associates at my job, I never met or worked with anyone of your caliber.
You always took the extra step-from inspecting under the house to inspecting the attic to helping coordinate wallpaper. You did it all!
