About Us:

I got my licence in 1979 and have been full time since 1994.  I was on County Council from 1995 until 2003.  I know and have sold in all areas around Columbia from the lake to Lugoff, from Winnsboro to St Matthews.  I sell a lot of houses that I take over from another agent.  Why not save the hassle?  List with me first!  If you are looking for that perfect home, no one knows the Columbia area better than me.  If it's out there, I will find it, and I'll know how to get you to it!

All areas of the Midlands- central South Carolina.  I have sold over 40 homes that I listed after another agent was unable to sell them.  I have done many short sales- when the house must sell for less than the mortgage amount.  Having worked in mortgage servicing I know how to negotiate with mortgage lenders and how to deal with bankrupcy and foreclosure.  I know how to get a mobile home sold with an FHA loan which means it sells for way more and way faster.  I have been a full time agent since 1994 and I know what makes a house sell.
