About David Stevens

David Stevens is a Houston area native.  He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at the University of Houston.  After law school, David gained valuable practice experience as an associate, then partner of Mangham, Hardy & Stevens, LLC, in Houston.  Later, he was co-owner of Platinum Appraisal Group, LP, a real estate appraisal firm based in The Woodlands, and specializing in residential properties.  Now, David is a licensed real estate agent, but devotes almost all of his time to his law practice which focuses on assisting other agents and brokers with transactional issues.  In addition, he operates the first branch of a planned multi-branch title agency called InHouse Title Company inside the Keller Williams Conroe / Lake Conroe / Huntsville market center offices.  David is married with four children and resides nearby in The Woodlands.
