Hi Tap, after completing our 6th transaction I thought it might be a good time to say "thanks".
You obviously didn't take negotiating 101 in school, you"Taught it". I can't believe what you have accomplished for me and my family.
When I bought my first home, you were able to get it for under market value. When we sold it a few years later, you were able to negotiate a sale for over the asking price. In the same market, you were able to get me into Burlingame and save me $35,000 plus get me a $10,000 credit for my closing costs.
Everyone else was buying way over asking price at the time. Unbelievable. When my friends asked how you do it, the only thing I could think of is that you are FEARLESS when the deal is on the line.
When I sold that home, you got me an additional $50k over the highest bidder. Anyone else would have told me to take the offer and be done.
And now, you repeated the process exactly. Buying under market value & getting me a credit for my closing costs. Then selling for a profit.
