My focus is Service and Satisfaction of my clients and the other people I work with.  How do I do that?  I listen to people, ask Questions, find out what they want and need.  Search deligently, and find what suits their situation best.  I have a significant network of local and regional knowledge at my fingertips ready to serve my clients.

My wife & I, as potential home-buyers new to Ft Collins, initially worked with two different local realtors who didn't fulfill our needs in terms of responsiveness and personal service.   We met David Timm at a Saturday afternoon street fair in Old Town and we both felt that he could provide the skills and services which had been lacking up to that point.  David listened to our needs & desires, and promptly prepared a very focused set of recommended properties for our review.  He freely shared his knowledge of just about all aspects of living in Ft Collins, including schools, churches, and other community attributes, which was very helpful in narrowing our search efforts.
